Unlock this unique branding opportunity at WEST with this exclusive sponsorship. Sponsor the room keys at 5 of the main conference hotels. Your logo in the hands of all attendees is a constant reminder of your presence at the event. WEST Team must approve key artwork in advance. Sponsor can create key card design (specs to be provided). Artwork must be submitted 25 days prior to event.

This sponsorship allows your company to showcase your brand and thought leadership with a one-hour theater session that you create that you feel is relevant to theme of the WEST Conference/ Sea Services. This is a tremendous branding opportunity! Session will take place in one of the engagements theaters in the exhibit areas. Theater is set for 75-100 with stage with podium/mic, panel table for up to 4 panelists. AV provided includes table mics, screen, projector. Please note there is no internet and these sessions are not recorded. You may record the session on your own if you like. Please note all theater sessions run concurrently (to include WEST panels, other theater sessions) While these sessions are not run unopposed, we will advertise this session for you on the main agenda. A session abstract (which should include session title, proposed speakers and 100-word session description must be provided in advance for approval)

• Session will be listed on the main agenda on the website to include speaker photos and bios, appear in the on-demand printed agenda, in the mobile app and in the attendee know before you go email
• Session advertisement slide (that you create) that will play in overall slide deck show in the general sessions
• Opportunity to create artwork for a meter panel sign to be placed at entrance to theater
• Opportunity to submit session abstract for possible CE credits – please note session must be one full hour in length to qualify and be vendor agnostic. CE credits are a great way to attract an audience!

This exciting new sponsorship offers maximum visibility across both exhibit areas. The All-Hands Networking Lunch provides attendees, exhibitors and sponsors a chance to take a midday break on the floor for lunch and to network with fellow attendees. While this sponsorship is not exclusive, it still offers a tremendous way to serve up your brand to all conference participants.

• Recognition on signs posted on buffet stations throughout both exhibit areas
