First Right of Refusal for WEST 2022 is currently active for several sponsorships until December 10th. Please check back on Monday, December 13th when the remaining sponsorships will be available.
The deadline to be included in sponsor signage is Friday, January 21st.
Health and Safety Plan (Current as of February 11, 2022)
WEST 2022 will be held in-person at the San Diego Convention Center. Photo ID and Proof of Full Vaccination Required. Stay up to date by viewing the latest California Department of Public Heath Guidance, which takes effect on February 16, 2022.
AFCEA International and the U.S. Naval Institute are committed to holding a rewarding WEST 2022 conference at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA on February 16-18, 2022. Our Health and Safety Plan will continue to evolve as we follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and work closely with the San Diego Convention Center, vendors, hotels, and other properties to create a safer experience for participants. All participants must abide by our WEST Well-being Code of Conduct while attending the conference.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures and require all persons to follow posted instructions while attending WEST 2022. You must agree to abide by all WEST and Convention Center safety protocols, follow applicable safety precautions.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending WEST 2022 you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
