Exhibitor Personnel Registration
Exhibitor registration is now open. Login to register exhibitor personnel.
Each exhibiting company will receive One (1) complimentary conference registration per 10’x10’ booth area. Each exhibiting company will receive Six (6) exhibit booth personnel badges per 10’x10’ booth area. Each person staffing the booth will be required to have a name badge and will be required to show a government-issued photo ID.
Member Registration Discounts
Please note that you must be an active AFCEA or USNI individual member, or designated associate member of an AFCEA corporate member company, to receive the member rate for conference registration. If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged the correct rate.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Friday, February 7, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after February 7, 2020. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
