Sponsor the reception at the end of the day. Bar or food station will be placed near your booth to help draw traffic to your booth. Sponsor signage throughout the exhibit hall and 20 drink tickets for your team to use and/or share with customers. Special recognition in the show guide and announcement of sponsorship at the session leading into the reception. Sponsor has option to provide napkins with corporate logo on them to be placed at food stations or bars near their booth.
Once food stations and items have been determined by West Conference team, we will work with the sponsors in the order they sign up to place the item of their choice near their booth…
Please note - sponsors are welcome to supplement the sponsorship with their own food/beverage items at their cost – HOWEVER, they MUST be a sponsor of the reception in order to do this.
