Spargo, Inc. is the only official hotel management company for WEST 2018. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of WEST.

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for WEST. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk.

If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify us immediately, forwarding the email you received to westhousing@spargoinc.com. The official hotel reservation or housing service company for WEST is SPARGO, Inc, 11208 Waples Mill Rd., Suite 112, Fairfax, Virginia 22030.

Please note that all rooms for WEST should be booked through WEST Housing.
