WEST 2022 Sponsorship and Branding Opportunities


AFCEA and the U.S. Naval Institute have developed an enhanced sponsorship program for WEST 2022 that will offer maximum visibility to those who participate! Each exhibiting company will receive three (3) exhibit booth personnel badges and one (1) full conference registration badge per 10’x10’ booth area. Each person staffing the booth will be required to have a name badge and will be required to show a government-issued photo ID.

Member Registration Discounts 

Please note that you must be an active AFCEA or USNI individual member, or designated associate member of an AFCEA corporate member company, to receive the member rate for conference registration. If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged the correct rate.

Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Friday, January 14, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after January 14, 2022. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
